It is that time of year again! Gorgeous Fall weather, time with family and all the yummy food at Thanksgiving. I have some indoor/outdoor walks, walk challenge by Leslie Sansone, Turkey Yoga, Virtual walks, Turkey Trot, etc.

Walk at Home’s – 21 Days before Thanksgiving WALK Challenge!

You can “Walk” along with us using any “type” of Walking that you choose!

Here’s how to follow the challenge!

Choose your method of walking, it can be the amazing Walk at Home Videos, or Your Daily Walk APP, or a Treadmill, or just Walk outdoors! You can even count steps or minutes with a watch or “Fit Bit” type device, any way you want to Walk Walk Walk!

Virtual Walks with Medals

2019 Gobble Til You Wobble

We love THANKSGIVING!!! And to show our love for turkey day we are hosting our third annual Gobble Til You Wobble 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, 13.1, 26.2! Lace up those running shoes and get wobbling!We will also be donating at least 15% of each registration to Feeding America, which is the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization, working to connect people with food and end hunger.
Eat More Pie
This Thanksgiving season, join the Eat More Pie virtual 5k/10k/Half Marathon to raise money and awareness for a charity committed to ending world hunger. All participants will receive a cute turkey-in-disguise 4″ medal featuring a serving tray that opens to reveal a scratch-and-sniff pie that smells like pumpkin spice!

Calling all Turkey Trotters! Are you ready for the 3rd Annual World’s Largest Turkey Trot Virtual Race? Grab a friend and join us “virtually” in Plymouth, Massachusetts, best known for its Native history, the Pilgrim story, and one of the country’s most iconic landmarks – Plymouth Rock.


This year a portion of the proceeds will go to the Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation.
